The Simple Step-by-Step Editing Process
Step 1: Receive the Google Drive Link
I’ll send you a Google Drive link where all the files are safely stored.
Step 2: Open the PDF (No Download Needed)
Once you click the link, you’ll see a PDF document. Just click to open it—no need to download anything.
Step 3: Highlight the Text You Want to Edit
Select and highlight the text where you want to make a correction or suggestion.
Step 4: Click the Plus (+) Icon
After highlighting the text, a plus (+) icon will appear automatically.
Step 5: Type Your Comment
Click the comment icon, type your instructions or corrections, then hit the comment button.
Step 6: I Apply the Changes in Adobe InDesign
Once your comments are in, I’ll handle everything. I’ll apply all edits in Adobe InDesign and send you an updated draft. We’ll repeat the process until we finalize the layout.
